Workshop on “Time Management and Dealing with Exam Stress”

Under the patronage of Professor Tarek Ali, President of Beni Suef University, and Professor Hamada Mohamed, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, and under the supervision of Professor Shahira Fawzy El-Menshawy, Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, and Professor Adel Ahmed, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, along with Dr. Mohamed Ahmed Tohami, PharmD Program Coordinator, and Dr. Karim Abdelkader Sufi, Clinical Pharmacy PharmD Program Coordinator, and in collaboration with the Training Committee of the Faculty’s Quality Assurance Unit and within the framework of cooperation between the Faculty of Pharmacy and the Knowledge Embassy at Beni Suef University, a workshop was held on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, entitled “Time Management and Dealing with Exam Stress.”
The workshop addressed several key topics:
First: Introduction to the Knowledge Embassy
The session began with an introduction to the Knowledge Embassy at Beni Suef University, highlighting its role in supporting students and the services it provides in accessing knowledge resources and developing skills. This segment was presented by Mr. Abdelrahman Samir, Knowledge Embassy Officer at Beni Suef University.
Second: Time Management and Exam Stress Workshop
This part of the workshop covered a set of practical topics, including:
• Organizing time during the exam period
• Effective study strategies
• Coping with stress and psychological pressure
• Practical steps for systematic course completion
This session was delivered by Ms. Alyaa Mamdouh Anwar, Training Consultant at the International Board of Skills in Germany.
The workshop comes as part of the university’s commitment to developing students’ personal and academic skills and equipping them with the necessary tools to manage their time efficiently and achieve optimal academic performance.
