Workshop on “Preparing Test Items and Examination & Control Procedures”

Under the patronage of Professor Tarek Ali, President of Beni Suef University, and under the supervision of Professor Hamada Mohamed, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, Professor Shahira Fawzy El-Menshawy, Dean of the Faculty, and Professor Adel Ahmed, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, and in coordination with the Training Committee of the Faculty’s Quality Assurance Unit, a workshop was held on Sunday, May 17, 2026, entitled “Preparing Test Items and Examination & Control Procedures.”
The workshop was delivered by Professor Adel Ahmed, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, and addressed the fundamental principles of preparing high-quality test items in accordance with academic quality standards. It also highlighted the mechanisms of organizing examination procedures and developing faculty members’ skills in designing assessment questions that accurately and objectively measure intended learning outcomes.
In addition, the workshop discussed the procedures for organizing examinations and control (examination administration) in a manner that ensures fairness, transparency, and equal opportunities for all students.
This initiative reflects the university’s commitment to developing the educational system, enhancing the efficiency of examination processes, and implementing quality assurance and academic accreditation standards to achieve the highest levels of academic performance.
