Workshop for Administrative Staff of the Procurement and Stores Department
Under the patronage of Professor Tarek Ali, President of Beni Suef University, and Professor Shahira Fawzy El-Menshawy, Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, and Mr. Hany Nazmy, Faculty Director, and in collaboration with the Faculty’s Quality Assurance Unit, a workshop was held on Monday, April 20, 2026, for the administrative staff of the Procurement and Stores Department under the title “Procurement and Stores Operations.”
The workshop was delivered by Mr. Atef Soliman, Head of the Procurement and Stores Department, with the participation of staff working in the same field.
The session addressed the fundamental concepts of warehouse management, including inventory organization and proper storage methods. It also aimed to clarify the principles of procurement management, starting from identifying needs, passing through supplier selection and negotiation, and ending with completing purchasing operations efficiently and transparently.
This initiative comes within the university’s commitment to enhancing administrative performance and improving the quality and efficiency of work within its various departments.
