Workshop on “Developing Administrative Performance for Student Affairs and Graduates Staff”

Under the patronage of Professor Tarek Ali, President of Beni Suef University, and Professor Shahira Fawzy El-Menshawy, Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, and Mr. Hany Nazmy, Faculty Director, and in collaboration with the Faculty’s Quality Assurance Unit, a workshop was held on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, for the administrative staff of Student Affairs and Graduates under the title “Developing Administrative Performance for Student Affairs and Graduates Staff.”
The workshop was delivered by Mr. Mostafa Eid, Head of the Student Affairs Department at the Faculty, with the participation of employees working in the same field.
The session addressed several important topics, including proper student registration and enrollment procedures, file organization and management, and the development of skills for dealing with students and graduates. It also discussed key challenges facing the department and proposed practical solutions to overcome them.
This initiative comes within the university’s commitment to enhancing administrative performance, improving the quality of work, and supporting continuous development across all administrative sectors.
