*Academic guidance activities for course registration for students in the Bachelor of Pharmacy and Clinical Pharmacy program*

The College of Pharmacy has completed course registration, drop-off, and addition activities for students of the Bachelor of Pharmacy (PharmD) and Bachelor of Pharmacy (PharmD) (Clinical Pharmacy) programs for the first semester of the 2025-2026 academic year.

An academic advising unit has been formed, composed of faculty members, to guide students in selecting courses that align with their study plans. This unit employs one academic advisor for every 15 students. The college also designated a follow-up unit for students experiencing academic difficulties, with one advisor for every five students. Individual meetings were held to discuss the causes of their difficulties and explore ways to raise their grades.

Additionally, WhatsApp communication groups have been created between academic advisors and their students to enhance ongoing monitoring of attendance and periodic assessments during the current semester.
